RETURN POLICY

• Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of delivery (item must be shipped back within 14 days).
• Exchanges / Store Credit: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Fee: A $13.99 + tax return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
• Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached. Items showing wear, stains, or removed tags will not be accepted.
• Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders. Returns must be shipped using a prepaid, trackable method to the warehouse address provided via email once you contact us.

To start a return or exchange, please email 3setware@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not ship any items back before receiving confirmation.

After we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
